Controls and Automation
Our electrical engineering staff is familiar with and can program controls and operator interfaces using B&R Automation, Allen Bradley, Modicon, General Electric, Siemens and Omron controls and components. Custom control panels from existing schematics or new designs are manufactured in house. Our team is experienced with motion control, inspection systems, pick and place, crane systems and complete automation of processes. The creation of a complete electrical design from a concept or a redesign of relay logic control systems is our specialty. In addition to being able to interface with many existing control platforms or adding new functions to an existing machine gives us the flexibility our customers desire. Whether a customer requires a complete machine or an upgrade, complete documentation can be supplied including spare parts, operators, maintenance manuals and electrical schematics provided in Promise E or AutoCAD®.
