Since Daetwyler Custom Fabrication & Machining was established over 27 years ago, we have learned that it was not enough just to furnish quality machined and fabricated parts. It is important to us that we continually strive to exceed our customer’s expectations for quality, service and on-time delivery. With a clean, climate-controlled environment, our modern facility is equipped with the latest fabrication & machining technology. From manual to semi automated milling and turning, we specialize in single piece parts for emergency needs when a customer’s production machine is down. We can machine new parts from a broken sample part or a simple sketch. To fully automated milling and turning for larger volumes depending on our customers’ needs. We are experienced in working with Standard or Metric dimensions / drawings and can machine all standard as well as exotic materials, including stainless steel, titanium, aluminum and plastics.
