When you’ve been in the professional printing and ink transfer industry as long as we have (since 1972) there is plenty of expertise and knowledge that is earned along the way. However, that is only part of the Daetwyler advantage we bring to each and every one of our clients – the other part is our commitment to never stop bettering ourselves through education, practice, and acquiring new skills.
A good example is our team’s work with the Six Sigma methodology. If you’ve never had a chance to get involved with the program before, Six Sigma is a certification program aimed at using proven techniques and disciplines to identify and eliminate defects and deficiencies. The intended outcome of Six Sigma training is to realistically achieve the closest approximation of perfection in manufacturing, product, service, and beyond.
Obviously, this is a huge part of how we work in developing our industry-leading doctor blades and ink transfer products… but that’s just the beginning.
