Randy has spent close to 35 years in the professional printing industry when he started as a rotogravure press operator in 1984. From the outset of his career, Randy knew printing was a field he planned to stick with for life. He entered a four-year apprenticeship program and quickly rose to journeyman status. Over the following years he continued to improve his craft, learning many technical details that make exceptional print quality possible. In 1997, Randy switched his focus to flexo working for a corrugated box and printing company. He wore many different hats including press operator, customer service, sales and structural design.

Even though print technology has changed considerably since the beginning of Randy’s career, his dedication to precision and performance has remained unchanged. He currently serves as the Midwest Regional Technical Manager at Daetwyer for press room products. Prior to that, Randy had spent many years as a territory manager, serving clients in the field and on the corporate level since 2001.
