Brad Vette

Brad Vette is an Account Manager for the Upper Midwest region at Daetwyler. With over 35 years in the packaging industry, Brad has held leadership roles across multiple organizations, gaining extensive experience in flexible packaging, trade shop management, and business development.
Most recently, Brad served as the Flexible Packaging Operations Director at Castle Pierce Packaging, overseeing packaging operations and implementing process improvements. Prior to that, he was Strategic Accounts Manager – North America at Miraclon Corporation, where he successfully managed strategic partnerships and key accounts. His tenure at OEC Graphics as Corporate Managing Director spanned 18 years, during which he led marketing strategies, corporate communications, and new business initiatives. Additionally, Brad held leadership roles in business development at Reynolds Consumer Products and served as Executive Vice President/General Manager at Prime Graphics Inc., where he significantly grew revenues and enhanced operational efficiency.

Brad’s expertise in packaging solutions, strategic planning, and customer relationship management makes him a trusted advisor for companies looking to optimize their operations and market presence. His ability to drive innovation and deliver value-driven solutions has contributed to the long-term success of the organizations he has worked with.

Brad earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Baylor University. He is passionate about working closely with clients to develop tailored solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
