Regional Sales Manager
With a proven track record of more than 15 years in successfully driving revenue through strategic vendor, distributor, and customer relationships, John Schrantz is one of the printing industry’s most innovative problem solvers. As a Regional Sales Manager at Daetwyler USA, he applies both his technical expertise and operational know-how towards helping clients with tactical advice, guidance on market differentiation, establishing and leveraging competitive advantage, and practical recommendations for maximizing efficiency while also reducing unnecessary costs.
John’s extensive prior experience in the industry includes multiple years in a variety of sales and technical positions, including new business development and print performance evaluation for the Lohmann Corporation. He was also an instrumental leader in the roll out of FleXtreme, the proprietary flexographic screening process developed by Trisoft Graphics, and he oversaw all c-suite-level relationships and partnerships. Most recently, with Provident and E.C. Shaw, John acted as the front-line resource for flexographic print performance solutions, including print consumables, equipment, color separations, prepress operations, ITR imaging, and beyond.
At Daetwyler, John will be overseeing the Southwest, Mountain West, and Pacific Coast areas of the U.S. including Louisiana, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, North Dakota, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Wyoming, California, Oregon, and Washington.
John is a graduate of Jamestown Community College in New York, and remains active in following and supporting print industry organizations involved in sustainability, technology, converting, labeling, and packaging.
