As a highly skilled and experienced flexographic technician, Tanner Kirkland brings unparalleled knowledge and hands-on guidance to the clients Daewtyler serves. Prior to joining the company, as a Pressroom Technical Support field representative, Tanner worked in various roles with one of the industry’s largest flexographic packaging companies, ColorMasters. Starting out as a Press Operator, Tanner’s dedication to quality and commitment to maximizing performance, efficiency, and profitability quickly rose him through the ranks to become a Technical Director for ColorMasters in less than 10 years. Along the way, he continued to hone his talents for press optimization tactics and best practices, including maximizing press speeds without sacrificing quality, troubleshooting, product and equipment trials, process improvement, and cost controls. Tanner has completed levels I, II, and III of FTA First Operator Training and is OSHA certified
